Ladies and gentlemen, this weekend marks the epic return of the Celebrities (aka OSCC 2nd XI) and the world premier of Haydos Heroes (aka OSCC 3rd XI) to kick off season 2014/15.
This summer promises to be a feast of Old Scotch cricket with three teams in the three divisions of the MCC competition, where our boys will lead the way in entertainment.
The Celebrities take on the MCC at HG Smith Oval, Royal Park this Sunday, whilst Haydos Heroes take on the might of Old Wesley at Syndal, also on Sunday.
The A Team (aka OSCC 1st XI) will take to the field the following weekend when they take on Old Trinity out at Trinity Playing Fields on glorious expanses of Hudson Oval.
If you want to spend a sunny afternoon supporting the lads, get along to one of the games on the weekend. Last season showed that the boys from Old Scotch CC play an entertaining brand of cricket and this season will be more of the same!
